Diet books and food pyramids were not formulated with individual needs in mind, and they certainly don't address stress or happiness levels, yet we're surprised to find ourselves failing at following those directives and then we actually allow ourselves to feel guilty about it. This must change! Getting healthy the right way isn't scary or intimidating, and everyone's path to success is as unique as the individual.
